Effective Date: 06 July 2025
Welcome to our Terms & Conditions. Please read this page carefully before using our services or website.
Welcome to PhysioEverywhere Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website (www.physioeverywhere.com), online platforms, services, downloads, or any content provided therein (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Site.
PhysioEverywhere Ltd is a private physiotherapy service provider registered in England and Wales under company number 16588386. Services provided outside the UK are delivered in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
You can contact us via:
• Email: [email protected]
• Contact form: www.physioeverywhere.com/contact
PhysioEverywhere offers:
• Online physiotherapy consultations (video and chat)
• Downloadable exercise programmes ("Quick Access")
• Face-to-face home visits (UK and Europe subject to availability)
• Educational content for general wellbeing
We also use secure third-party tools (e.g., Physitrack for exercise prescriptions and video conferencing software) to deliver certain services. While we select providers that comply with high privacy and security standards, we are not responsible for the operation or availability of such external tools.
We do not offer emergency medical care or diagnosis. All services are provided under UK physiotherapy practice standards.
All physiotherapy guidance provided by PhysioEverywhere — including educational content, automated or self-guided tools, exercise videos, downloadable programmes, and consultations — is based on UK clinical practice standards delivered by physiotherapists registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Some of our clinicians are also members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), although CSP membership is optional and not a legal requirement to practise.
The content on this platform is intended for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, unless you are actively engaged in a one-to-one consultation with one of our qualified clinicians.
PhysioEverywhere is not suitable for medical emergencies, red flag symptoms, or urgent care situations. If you are experiencing severe symptoms or feel medically unwell, you must contact local emergency services or seek immediate care from a licensed healthcare provider.
You must not use our services or content if you are experiencing any of the following:
• Unexplained weight loss (UWL)
• Fevers, chills, or night sweats requiring bed linen changes
• Red, hot, swollen, or significantly painful joints
• Signs of infection (e.g. spreading redness, warmth, fever)
• Neurological symptoms (NS) such as numbness, tingling, weakness, balance issues, loss of bowel/bladder control, or changes in vision
• Chest pain, difficulty breathing, dizziness, or fainting
• Severe or rapidly worsening pain, particularly if unresponsive to rest or medication
• Any condition causing you to feel medically unstable or deteriorating
These symptoms may indicate serious underlying pathology requiring immediate, in-person medical assessment. Our services are not appropriate in such circumstances and must not be used to delay or substitute proper medical attention.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new rehabilitation programme, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or complex medical needs. You agree not to delay or disregard medical advice based on content from this platform.
