PhysioEverywhere provides physiotherapy services online and in-person, offering home visits across the UK and expanding internationally. Our services include:

• Individual physiotherapy consultations
• Online self-access rehabilitation tools
• Community group classes (e.g. falls prevention, osteoarthritis programmes)
• Clinical exercise programmes delivered via third-party platforms (e.g. Physitrack)

Our team includes directly employed and contracted physiotherapists, administrative staff, and technology partners.

Our supply chain includes:

• Digital software vendors (e.g. communications, exercise platforms, web hosting)
• Clinical and IT equipment providers
• Freelance and agency clinicians
• Business support services (e.g. legal, marketing, translators)

We expect all partners and suppliers to uphold ethical standards aligned with our values and UK law.

🛡️ Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

PhysioEverywhere takes a risk-based approach to supplier due diligence, which includes:

• Vetting new suppliers for compliance with ethical labour practices
• Requiring confirmation of Modern Slavery compliance where applicable
• Contractual clauses on labour standards in supplier agreements
• Ongoing monitoring of supply chain practices

If we identify a concern related to modern slavery, we will take immediate action. This may include engagement, improvement plans, or termination of the partnership.

👥 Staff Recruitment and Safeguards

To prevent exploitation:

• All UK-based physiotherapists must be HCPC-registered and DBS-cleared
• International clinicians must hold equivalent national registrations
• All staff must provide verified ID and right-to-work documentation
• We pay fair rates and do not engage in exploitative contracting

🎓 Training and Awareness

All PhysioEverywhere staff receive training in safeguarding vulnerable adults and children, which includes identifying signs of modern slavery and abuse. Key staff and managers are provided with additional training on:

• Ethical recruitment
• Recognising trafficking indicators
• Escalation pathways for suspected exploitation

📣 Speak Up Policy

We maintain an open and confidential “Speak Up” policy for staff, partners, and service users to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

🧭 Governance and Oversight

Our Board oversees adherence to this policy, which is reviewed annually and updated to reflect best practice and regulatory changes.
